It was my first experience dealing with business consultant, but I definitely can state that overall communication with Rod and final result were in a positive way. Rod is a very responsive person and open to involve into specific requirements. He was able to search a lot of specific information related to my request and use it to draw up a business plan not bothering me with simple questions. I also needed to do some adjustments with the plan and Rod was very open to finalise the plan as required. After some time, when I was requested to provide additional document for business justification, Rod did it for free and I really appreciate it.
