Waiting at line #1 for about 45 minutes, and saw others were called to serve before me. When I asked why, I was told that there was only one health care worker. I asked who, it was the staff at til#7 (Friday morning July 7), but before that I saw her serving other people and those were behind me and even not in the inside line up list but outside. What's the point of lining up by QR code? I feel discriminated against because I was the only Asian there.

Is it normal for the clerk to take a customer's credit card out of the hands and tap the machine?I don't think so. Safe to say, overall experience, I won't be coming back to this registry. The clerk was very unwelcoming with her looks, and I felt super uncomfortable with her almost immediately, and it felt like she had zero patience. Then apparently towards the end, I had to take a whole new photo, I was very upset because I was not expecting to renewing my license that wasn't needed until September 2023 as I do that at my regular registry in Edmonton. So I definitely felt there was a whole miscommunication on that on both sides, and I have mentioned to her that I am very hard of hearing a few times even, but it felt felt like she didn't want to take the time so I was almost too nervous to ask pardon or ask to repeat again. I just simply wanted to change my address, and the GDL removal that she mentioned (which I understood, agreed and said yes to), but didn't want my license renewed.

I don't understand why 1 clerk is able to do license but the other clerk is able to do license and health card! That is ridiculous, train all your employees at the same level.And put a microphone when your employees are calling the client's name.To answer your comment below:I know how to appreciate a good service when I see one.In this case, we did not receive a good service. We waited more than 15 min and for your so called rigorous phone system, we provide our phone number and didn't not receive a text however our name got removed twice from the system.We had to alert a clerk so she add us back in after waiting for 45 min.My best answer to you is instead of answering google reviews with a defensive attitude how about you focus on providing a better service to you clients that pays for your business to run.Thank you and have a great day.

I recently visited the registry for my class 5 driving test and had a mixed experience. On the one hand, the wait time was relatively short, which was a pleasant surprise. However, I found the driving instructor assigned to me to be very rude and unprofessional. She made me feel uncomfortable during the test, which was not conducive to a positive testing experience. I was disappointed with the overall level of customer service provided and hope that the registry can address these issues to ensure a more welcoming and positive environment for future customers

Absolute joke of a registry. Tried to register my trailer today after waiting in que for over 2 hours. Got there before close and the rude ignorant lady asked me for insurance!? I provided the required documents to register a trailer in Alberta. A bill of sale for the used trailer from the dealership and my Alberta Drivers License. The lady refused to do anything without proof of insurance when their OWN website CLEARLY STATES WE DO NOT NEED TO SEE PROOF OF INSURANCE TO REGISTER A TRAILER." Word for word. I explained this but she refused and just said "insurance". I went to show her insurance anyways which was on my phone but my phone died before I could pass her the information. The rude arrogant lady refused to help me and said "come back with insurance." And made me leave. By the time my phone turned back on it was too late and they were closed. I have to leave out of town Monday morning at 5am and now have to wait until the registry is open at 8am register the trailer. I have a business meeting I am going to miss now all thanks to the ignorant

One of the best registries to go to. I have been here three times and the staff I have interacted are amazing. My most recent visit was a month ago and Ishita was helping me on that day. She is one of the amazing people and staff I have interacted so far. She showed attention and care and ensured my service is completed as efficiently and as quickly as possible. I am sure she loves her job looking at how well she knows her job and how professional she is in her interaction.

The staffs here are super friendly and helpful. The way they serve clients is awesome. I took a road test on December, the Asian staffs serving for road test paperwork and driver license was great, she is patient and helpful. Road Tester, I do not know his name, is very calm and polite. This Registry is busy but the way they organise waiting list is awesome. I will be here for next services for sure! Highly recommended!

This is definitely a very busy location! So be prepared to wait if you're going to go here. As someone who came from another province who packed in technological advancements, I appreciate that they have a queue you can enter through their website, a QR Code on the front door, or by punching in your name and number on a digital screen inside. You get a text message to go inside as you will be next, just don't miss it or you will wait until another person is not on time. I learnt my lesson the last time I went for coffee when I needed to wait approximately 45 minutes and it turned into 30. The staff are friendly and are very helpful with providing information to help get you whatever you need. I have now started to go over prepared so we both are happy by the time I leave. Lol!

My wife went to ask for the Alberta ID card and they were all the time saying that we cannot accept that and that and that.... Even the manager, a guy that thinks he is doing a favor to people, was saying not. Guess what, we went to the SUNRIDGE REGISTRY and was all good, no problems at all, with the same documents and information. Nice one!

They’ve got a decent and efficient system. Poor direction, but when you walk in touch the huge tablet thing to get started. It was confusing as I walked in and there was no line, they could make the tablet thing just say something like “start here”. It went well once I figured it out, staff were friendly and quick. I’d rather wait in a quiet line.I can’t say I’ll be back though. That system they use uses texting to notify you that you’re in line, you’re next, etc. If you don’t mind crowded spaces with lots of phones going off, go ahead and visit. I personally don’t like crowded or lots of phones going off from texts(I got 4 texts total from them throughout the process), as well as constant PA announcements. I just don’t like people all that much, but if you have social anxiety stay clear. If you don’t mind noise and people, give these guys a shot.
