My husband Jim Keon was recently referred by GolfTown tocontact GolfWorks in Ottawa ,Industrial Ave to see ifnew shafts could be put on his Muira heads .It was somewhat of a complicated job.Nate at GolfWorks was very knowledgeable ,courteous and professional thru out the process and in successfully getting thejob done .Thank you Nate !

It took over a month to replace the shaft of one iron. I was told it would be ready on a certain date. After driving across town to pick it up on said date, it was not ready and they had forgotten about it. I was then told it would be done in a couple it days on a specific date and it was once again not done. After another week of this it was finally completed, but they did not call to tell me - as they said they would. Once I finally received my iron, a month later, to my dismay, they did not save my brand new Golf Pride MCC grip. Rather, they replaced it with the cheapest grip they had on the rack. They probably didn't even attempt to save my grip or lost the other half of my club that it was attached to. At this point, I was done dealing with them, and I decided to just take it to Golf Town to have the proper grip placed on my iron.

Terrible Customer Service/Satisfaction:Ordered 9 new grips, was only sent 8. I emailed them to follow up and didn’t receive a response. So I then called them and was told their Gmail wasn’t working. So not only did they not send me the amount I ordered, but then left me in the dark about not getting all of them.I drove over an hour to get my clubs regripped only to come to find out I’m short one. Instead of just sending me the one they left out, the person tells me it was on back order and that I was only charged for 8, but again, no follow up to any of this. According to my credit card statement I was charged for the full amount, but according to them I wasn’t. Instead of just apologizing for the inconvenience, and sending what would be worth less than $15, I was told to contact my bank and they would contact their accountant to see if things in fact do or don’t match up. I would then have to authorize my card details again for them to resend the one grip… I would think as a courtesy and satisfaction they could send it regardless of the, what I’m sure is, legitimate technical issues they may have faced.I usually do not like giving bad reviews, but this experience was a complete joke. Highly recommend NOT dealing with this company, despite hearing positive things. Truly disappointing.

Went there today (May 10) to get 2 clubs regripped. I have been coming here for years, from across town, to support this smal business. Never again! There were 4 persons ahead of me and another 4 came in while I waited. Walked out after 20 minutes as only 1 customer had been served. What was more disconcerting is that many different persons came out of the 2 front offices and warehouse, looked at the crowd waiting and never offered to help. On the way out, heard the lone guy at the front said one of the computers was down and things could not go any faster!!! Is that not why you have contingincies and planning just for these kinds of situation??!! Why could folks from the office come out to help, write down what the clients wanted, mark on the paperwork that it is to be paid on pick up and let them be on their way??!! I have always been a supporter of small businesses but these folks were laughing at their clients today by their inaction, who were invisible to those coming and going into the front offices. 1 of the 2 computers down at the front desk! Worst customer service experience.Dropped 1 club off over a week ago to get it re-glued.Was told it would be ready on May 1.Drove across town to pick it up and apparently it’s not ready and all I got was “I’m sorry” I didn’t get it done as there is only 2 of us working back there.Am told that it would be done for tomorrow as quote on quote “ all I have to do is glue it together” but yet he had over a week to just glue it together.Service has gone down hillSave yourself some time and get a better experience elsewhere. Stay away from this place as all they will say is “I’m sorry”

Terrible customer service. I had made an order for some grips through their website on a Saturday and made a mistake on my order. I called them to cancel the order on Monday, the following week I ordered the correct grips.They ended up sending me my correct order and my canceled order. I hate to fight with them for a week to get a return tracking for the canceled order, when I finally got the refund for the cancelled order, they kept the cost of shipping the grips back to them on their mistake!I had other issue with them on another order, wish I had read the google reviews before dealing with this company. Will never again!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. You can bascially never get a hold of them. I placed an order and wanted the cancel it. I emailed and call them to follow up. The staff said they missed" the email and processed it through to shipping but will issue a return shipping label for return. I never recieved the shipping label

Drove 40 minutes, then waited in store with several customers and no staff for awhile, only to find the regrip quote they gave me over phone was about $65 off. That's a lot. They also just really didn't seem to want to keep my business. Lot of attitude. Told me the grips were out of stock before they even checked. They weren't. Went to GolfTown and got everything take care of.

Took two clubs to get re gripped. When I picked them up, the grip was not the one I selected. Both at drop off and pick up had to wait quite a while to get served. Couldn't be bothered to mess with the grips. They look cheaper than the ones I selected, in quality and price. Once and done. It's Golf Town from now on.
