I have never written a review in my life, I am sorry that it needs to be this one. Congebec you need to do better. I just got off the phone with one of my employees who is now refusing to go back to your establishment. What is the contact time between driver and reception? A minute max? In that minute my driver was made to feel stupid because he didnt understand something. NOT HIS FAULT. He was belittled because he did not understand something. NOT HIS FAULT. And your receptionist, I've been told his name is Shane. Spoke extremely rude to the gentleman infront of my employee and to the warehouse workers on the radio. Come on. Do better. It's really bad when 1 bad seed ruins the whole bunch. I wont be sending my employees back to your establishment. I will get a third party carrier. No one deserves the treatment we have received from Shane. This is not the first time I have received complaints regarding him. Thank-you.

Nothing wrong. Appointment was for 8am receiving open at 6am. So on 6:20 they started unload my trailer.

Top notch facility. Checked in 10 minutes early for 7:00 a.m. appointment, put right in the door and started unloading. Friendly ppl.
