Bramalea & Bovaird Clinic

This is honestly the worst clinic I have ever been too I could have gotten my PHD my self and it would have been faster and more efficient care. The doctor is always late and the receptionist are so rude. I did not trust anyone’s service in this clinic I only had to return a second time for my results. Never again. Amazes me how they have patients.

All the deeps and preets there needs to Lean how to communicate especially kuldeep. It’s professional setting not a getto place. Very disappointing to see that after soo many complaints they still keep on hiring illiterate people.

I would given a zero if the option is available. I booked the appointment one week before and confirmed also but last minute doctors not available and they never informed or called to reschedule and when I went the day of appointment and they informed me about all this and said another doctor is here but you have to wait more than an hour. So what’s the point of my original appointment, if the another doctor is there than they should go by original appointment time rather than changing the time for the day. Waste of time and very poor customer service. Very unprofessional front desk staff. Doctors are nice but receptionists are very unprofessional and rude, they require proper training or new receptionist with professional behaviour.

This is the worst clinic ever. The receptionists are literally ready to pick on a fight anytime you request something. So rude and so unprofessional. It’s just really sad the way each and every person from this clinic treats the patients.

They don’t let you know about the cancellation policies when you book and gets extremely rude when you call to cancel. Very unprofessional and unethical behaviour towards your patients. Sobita (or something like that) was the receptionist at the moment and was disrespectful on the call. No sense of patient care whatsoever! Never to visit here!

Prabhleen was so nice. Dr. Pawandeep Dhillon was so quick. I didn’t wait for long. Most efficient clinic I’ve been too.

I would have given 0 if possible. My very little experience with doctor Dhillon was so worst. I have never seen this kind of doctor ever in my life. She is very rude. Normally i have seen the staff nurses are rude but doctors are always amazing but first time i have to deal with such an ignorant doctor. She gets rude if you have more than 1 concern on each call. She cares more about money she gets on each call rather than patients health. Her staff is also like her. Feel bad for all her patients. No morals, no kindness, treats people like nothing. SAD

My mom was told to come at 9 for her appointment and when We arrived to the clinic exact 9:00am the front desk lady tells us that we have to wait 1 hour because the doctor is going to be late like seriously this could’ve been emailed or we could’ve been informed instead of coming in and waiting that our appointment going to be delay by 1 hour. These people have zero empathy and communication skills. They front desk ladies especially doesn’t know how to talk and speak to patients. It’s getting worse every time I bring my mom here very disappointing. Also when I asked the front desk lady nicely at first that if she can confirm with the doctor that it’s going to be late, she kept on saying no with nasty attitude.

For starters, my family Dr (Dr. Bir) is great. Patient, kind, and makes patients feel comfortable. Like many posts here, my main issue is with the staff working the front desk. They’re unprofessional, never have adequate information that should be discussed between dr and admin, and confuse several situations.I also think how the clinic is overall handled is disorganized and can be frustrating. Wait times on phone can be anywhere between 10-30 minutes. At one point an hour. It’s extremely frustrating. The overall clinic makes me want to find other care.

neg 10 for the receptionist. i believe they should change the receptionist otherwise this business will go down very quickly. doctors are nice but please change the receptionist, they don't know how to speak with the patients.
