This organization is very organized. They are accommodating before trips, and their customer service is amazing. They answered all questions we had prior to my mothers trip and made themselves available with information to prepare her for her trip. While at hajj, they are VERY helpful, accommodating, and go above and beyond during the trip to ensure all runs smoothly and with ease. I would highly recommend them for travels.

I got my mom ticket booked through haj Nasif, and due to COVID-19 her ticket was canceled, haj nassif was very responsive trying to rebook her ticket yes it took time to get it all set but he was very helpful any time i reach out he would get back to me! Thank you for your service.

This is Bahaa Ibrahim. I saw your question that why left review without been a customer. I am costumer I just bought four ticket under my wife name. We had two bad issues with two employees. We talked to the employee they did not fix the problems they caused it. If you are the owner, go ask them. The employee who did the ticket for us said I have hotel in both ways in Dubai. After I paid the money and got the confirmation I found out that I have hotel only in way go, I do not have hotel in my way back so I have to stay over night in air port with my kids lay down on chairs. This is one of the very bad issue I got with this traveling office.

Worst hamla you could possibly choose. The most disorganized careless people I have ever seen. They are cheap. They try to cut corners as much as they can. The hotel they put us in is a joke (Meka hotel). The hotel is over crowded, and lack basic services. Some people were asked to find place to sleep no rooms available. the food they provided is horrible, tasteless, meat taste like rubber. A basic 30 minutes trip from the hotel to Arafat took 8 and a half hour because they were so arrogant to ask for directions. Twice got us stuck in the bus till sun rise where we had to pay kufara. All in all the worst experience I ever had traveling overseas. Don't trust the guy will never make the trip with Rawan ( haj Nassif) ever again. The only reason for the one star is no zero star available

We came back from Ummrah recently and booked through this agency and hands down best trip we ever took. The organization of this trip was prefect and everything was above my expectations!! I look forward to booking with them again very soon! Special thanks to Hajj Nasif who made sure our trips package was everything we needed and more, thank you so so much!!

My husbond and I booked our trip to Australia through Rawan's travel...everything was great and amazing. I had Great customer service, quick problem solver when our first flightwas delay due to weather conditions which made us miss our second flight. When I called the office one of the girls name Sonya solved the issue as quick as possible. She was very professional with sweet mouth. I advice people to go with Rawan's trvel because they are the best experience we had.
