This is a low income housing project. So if you are homeless you need to get with a program that helps to house homeless to get in here.

There are different BAD smells everyday and you can hear the ppl screaming through the walls the place is dirty the manager is VERY rude your neighbour is either a smoker drinker or a mean person. DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND
