Updated: Thank you for following up on the issue and offering a resolution. Considering something like this could still happen again, since it seems there are some leniencies on attendant time tables etc, meaning there may not always be someone available and phones may not be answered, I would still caution customers to bear this in mind if they want to ensure they'll be helped right away if and when needed. Changing review from 1 star to 3.Original: Vacuum machine took money and doesn't work. Both machines did this! The time for the wash has been considerably reduced compared to before. Had to add money several times to give a small sedan a basic wash. No service or people available to help. Phone goes to voice mail. My elderly father was a regular customer here and it was heartbreaking to watch him carry his non-vacuumed mats back into the car and continously insert dollar after dollar to wash his car, shaking his head as he paid twice as much as he normally would for the wash time. It's not just about the money but the inconvenience. With absolutely no service available here, this is extremely disappointing. Do not recommend you risk coming here. As loyal customers for several years, we will no longer be coming here.

I love when the open sign is on, but there is nobody inside working… Was trying to get change since the outdated vacuum machines only take loonies but the door was locked and nobody inside so going to go somewhere else lol

Awesome place, never a lineup, and always clean. The other nearby washes are either busy or filthy.

UPDATE 12/30/2022:Issues were resolved by the manager, Greg, via email promptly and courteously. Please be patient with the machines when the temps dip below -20. I suggest using card payments. They are after all the only ones open when I tried 4 other nearby locations.Original Review (12/19/2022):The only spot open today at -24 degrees. Never had a bad experience here and can possibly be attributed to the cold.The change machine ate my $5 bill and there isn’t anyone to service it around at 2PM on a Monday. (Dec 19)Perhaps someone can confirm if it’s cold weather related?

Very friendly and helpful. It has the basics for washing your dogs but that is all you need. Bring your own shampoo and towels. We had a very good experience and will be back the next time the dogs get muddy again.

Great little local wash, with small room for improvements.Good quality products and the bays are well kept. Most everything looked in well maintained condition and overall a good experience. Price is reasonable as well.Small challenges for me personally was that the air dryer was a bit weak and I needed extra time to dry the car. Also the doors kept closing (by design) but it was a bit hot in the building and I just kept opening the nearest door.I’ll be back.

Great coin operated self car wash. Very handy & superb location. Coin vending machine & other vehicle cleaning knick knack.

No attendant, ice outside the bays my truck almost slide and hit the bay door. Also claims the dog wash is open but no it isn't?

Always a great car washing experience. My son and daughter love using the tri-color foam to spray the car.

They don't take cash and using credit cards at car washes are kinda sketchy. Nonetheless gets the job done
