PizzaPizza is always great. I was just a bit disappointed with the staff answers. I asked which slice was the freshest, was told they all are, which was clearly not the case even with a quick look. I asked again, and the rep doubled down, they all just came out.Not the best impression.Normally I wouldn’t say anything but rather then saying I don’t know or saying which are and which are not he clearly B.S.Ed his answer. Not cool!

TerribleThe website didn't specify sizes and the pizza was given so cold, missing toppings, and the wrong size! When I wanted to reject the pizza because it was certainly incorrect, the manager" dismissed us and DEMANDED that we pay! Why would I pay for something that I did not order??? Awful! I even emailed that feedback email and they have yet to respond. I wonder what they'd say if they knew this order was for many Healthcare professionals. What a disgrace!"

I wish i could give zero star to this pizza pizza , the owner don’t know how to behave with the customer, not only with me , with all the customers i watched. I told him i want to switch my pizza order with a combo but he said the pizza in the owen he will not do it, i asked him is there any policy he can’t switch, he said no policy as he is the owner it’s his choice. The worst behaviour of the owner . I don’t know why pizza pizza has given him the franchise to operate as he is degrading their name badly.

Slices seem to be getting smaller each year.The debit card reader asks for a minimum 15% tip. I'm glad to tip for service (i.e. delivery or table servcie), however as a walk-in customer I feel this trend is getting rediculous.

I’m very disappointed and disgusted with pizza pizza I have ordered a cheese pizza with chocolate milk and the chocolate milk clearly came out chunky! This is not ok unfortunately I can’t post a video but I have taken a video proving how chunky it is. Here is a receipt proving what I have ordered and what store it came from!
