Dulux Paints

I went to buy paint. I knew exactly what I wanted so they didn’t have to spend much time with me. There were two staff working one said give him couple minutes which I did. About two or 3 more customers me in after me and two before me. When one guy was done he just moved on to one customer that came in after me. The other one who actually told me to hold on he cashed out every customer while I was still waiting and hadn’t even been asked anything. I’ve been to different Dulux paint but this was by far the worse experience I had.

Had great experiences with some of the staff here. But stay away from manager Brian. He is miserable and will ruin your morning. You need to conduct yourself with some sort of professionalism. Don't take your bad morning out on your customers who spend thousands at your store.

Excellent service and patience! Lee was incredibly helpful and made time to answer all my questions. At first, I wasn't too sure of what I was going to need, but by the time I left the store, I felt confident I had made good choices. Thank you!

I am usually very happy with Dulux paints and with this location. However, I am very disappointed about my last experience. I asked for a color and the one that I got was totally different (I asked for a light brown from their own selection and I got an almost white). They agreed that it was different, so they started trying to do a match color but the result was still very far from what I wanted. At some point they said that they were not going to add any other color into the mix because they were afraid of messing it up, so I ended up with a different color than the one I wanted, so I had to paint with the color they gave me. Each can is $80 so I was not planning to buy two more cans again... Not happy at all.

Great store, not a lot of stock but have a decently broad selection of paint products still. Friendly and knowledgeable staff will make your paint project a breeze.If you are a CAA member don't forget to show your card, the discounts for CAA members are significant. Recommended!

Great service. The know their paint. Quick tip. Join CAA as the discount at this store is good. Also their paint is much better then any big box store. With paint you get what you pay for. There top line is equal to a top BM or SW paint.

I am a professional painter this store carries the best exterior wood stain, their paints products are amazing love to be their long run customer, my clients were happy with paint quality see the attached picture
