I called Dr Crow extension 6 times in 1 day for the result of my 1 weeks ultra sound NO ANSWER!! , I was told it would only take 2 to 3 days for the clinic to call me. I don't mind waiting at least let me know if there is an issue reading the ultra sound or at least answer the phone for once!!!4 months after, I gave birth at 23 weeks my baby born alive but didn't survive for long. Thinking back what went wrong and I realized I should have seen Dr Crow for the 2nd time check up already but I didn't. So, I called the front desk and ask why she did not mention about booking an appointment for my 2nd check up, and she said its not my obligation to remind you

So glad I chose this facility and Dr. Best as my healthcare provider! Prompt and honest responses to all of my questions and concerns, and I am always made to feel like me and my children are their #1 priority. Nadine at the front desk has been wonderful, always cheerful and helpful even when I’m not having the best day as a patient. This is now my second pregnancy through this office, and I’d recommend this team to anyone needing top notch and friendly care.

Extremely efficient office and friendly staff. I had been going to Tâche group and my appointments were always rescheduled- after 3 months of not being seen, I called DC Obstetrics. Dr. Susan Taylor got me in the very next day. She is very thorough and friendly and her receptionist is very efficient as well. So glad I switched and am finally getting proper prenatal care!!!

Dr Awadalla is amazing. The staff are fantastic. Can't rave enough about the friendly, caring, helpful people here.

Dr. Guido Katz is absolutely amazing! Soft skills, non-questionable professionalism, kindness and amazing support I always feel when I see him. I highly recommend Dr. Katz and his team (his assistant Nadine is also wonderful! So friendly and always very helpful!)❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much for you amazing care!!!

Doctor is great i just would like to see the people enforcing the mask policy actually wearing it themselves! Don't tell me to put my mask on when ive seen you without yours several times on each visit!

Had to deal with Dr. Best and Dr. Taylor. I ended up having to go my GP for proper care. Neither of them even let you finish telling them the issue before they cut you off with an answer that has nothing to do with what you are trying to tell them. I would caution anyone if you feel something is not right and they try to convince you it’s fine, get a second opinion from a medical professional who cares about their patients.

Got cancer for the SECOND time... Dr awadalla refused to book me an apt because it's not urgent" . Found a new place where I'm actually getting proper help . Extremely disappointed and disgusted with this medical clinic."

Poor communication from the staff of Dr. Best and the doctor. Left me hanging in a limbo for days. No follow up despite ultrasound being done already a while ago.I haven't even seen the doctor. It's like an invisible wall. They order tests without even seeing me. Seems like nobody cares.
