I have followed Sarah for over 5 years. She is incredibly talented and I always feel extremely comfortable in her chair. She sees you as you are, adjusts styles to fit your features and understands the science and art of colouring better than anyone I've come across. I recommend her to anyone and everyone.

After 20 years and many hairdressers/colourists/stylists from across Canada, I have FINALLY found the perfect one at Top Notch.I was referred to Sarah from an experienced salon owner, and I could not be happier. Sarah is personable, professional, reasonably priced for her time/effort, and conveniently located 10 minutes from London. However, most importantly she has sophisticated knowledge of everything hair related.Sarah is experienced and educated, and the salon is clean (with stylish decor). Sarah can execute perfect colour every time, seamlessly blending and hiding pesky greys - always giving my hair new life. I highly recommend for top results.

I had a facial with Brittany a few weeks ago and it was such an amazing experience! She was so thorough and really took her time to pamper me! I felt so relaxed and renewed afterwards! I will definitely be back!Abby

I went to this salon for the first time today and it was such a great experience. You walk in to genuine people who greet you like they know you! I was there for a hair colour and I enjoyed every minute I was there. The pleasant atmosphere and the beautiful layout of the salon was totally relaxing. They are upholding all the appropriate cleaning guidelines and I felt very comfortable being there. I can’t wait to return. The owner is incredible. She is doing a fantastic job.

Went there called a few times sitting outside to see if they could take any more clients because it was cold and I had some important things to do and I can see someone at the desk not answering the phone why couldn't they just say they aren't taking anymore clients today they were still open for another hour and the next hair cutting place was quite a distance from theirs.

This is BEST hair salon in London and surrounding area! Sarah has been my stylist for over two decades and I love my hair every time I leave her care! She will spend time to understand you and your style in order to make sure you leave feeling your absolute best! It really is a therapy! Highly recommend!
