Alana Belik’s IACT Certified Hypnotherapy Course was a life changing experience for me. The course was designed in a notable way that created an easy to learn atmosphere. The information was presented in an interesting and interactive way, followed by one-on-one live practice where we implemented methods we had just learned in class. The small class size fostered a very supportive environment where we practiced and learned the basics of hypnosis easily and without judgement, with a group of people who became friends by the end of course. She offered one on one practice with her during the course, and was always available to answer our questions or concerns.When I say this course changed my life, I mean it. If I could give Alana 10 stars on here I would! She's a truly amazing therapist. I was a little nervous before our session but she's so kind, loving, and such a phenomenal therapist. She set me at ease very quickly and empathetically listened to all of my concerns and what I wanted to work on. I felt completely heard and understood even before our session began. During our session, she took her time, had a great pace and really made me feel comfortable and completely relaxed. I gained so much awareness during my session that even half way through I could see what my beliefs were and where they'd come from and already had begun the healing process simply from the way that she asked questions to get me to understand my thoughts and how they had played a role in my life and created my current issue. The session with Alana was very comfortable, relaxed, and clear. I'm so glad I found Alana. I've had other hypnosis sessions before but none that produced the clarity I received when working with Alana. She has a gift and talent for this and will change your life completely. She will help you quickly get to the root of the issue and eliminate it from your life with such a beautiful patience and understanding. I felt an immediate shift after just one session with Alana and already feel lighter and free from my issue(s)! I’m so glad I had the chance to work with Alana. She has such a calm and reassuring demeanour that immediately creates a feeling of trust and confidence. I went to see Alana over a month back and the session was wonderful. She has such a warm and inviting personality that it was easy to relax and be myself with her.
