I can’t believe how expensive this vacuum. This company is a rip off. From $2,000 to 5,000 and they are still deducting money on our back account they messed up our credit score because we refuse to pay. We want to cancel it but the agent threatened us that will pay more if we do that. They really need to stop doing this. We just want to settle everything but they won’t leave us alone. I discourage everyone to buy this.

I have one of these systems and while it is a good device, it broke after a few months. 3 grand is a lot for it to already be broken. Hoping it is covered under warranty.

Was scammed told I had 30 days it was 10. Got a 2nd hand used machine. And to better it all was told my payment was 57 dollars monthly it is double that!I have called with no response from company!!!!

Do not support this company. They are a scammers. $5k for a garbage vacuum. It doesn't perform as they claim to be. I feel like my house is a lot more dustier evertime i use it. They also scam us into doing 2 financing claiming the second one is better. After a year, it was sent to collection and a law firm contacted us about a non payment. It was hopeless getting someone to help us out. I hope whoever is in charge of this company gets the karma they deserve. It's beyond upsetting!
