Wish I could put 0 stars the guy was rude , had attitude the entire time , didn’t care then disappeared to the back on the phone for a good 5-10 mins while I just stood there waiting to pay. Terrible.

Nav was was stunning ! She helped me so much so quickly I've never more pleased with a loan service.I would recommend this service to anyone who needs it. I got more money then I thought was possible with low payments Nav for the WIN!!!!

It was a good experience, I am a regular WU customer in Money Mart, they are delivering good service all the time.

My experience using Money Mart Services has always been positive. However, today I had the displeasure of being served by a Nav Kaur at the 4023 137 Ave location. This lady was rude, impatient, and condescending to my elderly mother and when I tried to intervene she was disrespectful and proceeded not to serve us by saying her system was down. Even though it was working when we got there. Please remove this lady from this customer facing role. She has VERY POOR customer service, which will negatively impact your business.

I had gone with my friend who had taken in a damaged with coolaid government cheque and they had considered it and tried to help by accepting the cheque in exchange of $50 until the cheque cleared ( wich is truly un heard of and problematic) so any how he was hoping it would be ready i n the next day or two. Well behind on bills late with money for the landlord and in need of groceries and other things . He calls and is told its gonna take up to 7days to be approved and is given impatient and rude tone in their response to his acquiring about his much needed money . And has been quickly hung up on without any answers and I find them to be very unprofessional And in sufficient in dealing with the public ! But do recognize their helpfulness and need to try and accept the need to work with problem solving on the damaged cheque and that was cool by the gentleman who dealt with him . But these women need to be more patient on the phone and more helpfull

Very helpful and very easy!! Cashed a cheque and service was great. Also a great recommendation to a master card! Definitely will be back and recommend!
