The inspection was very thorough with several minor things that needed to be addressed, things I could have done or hired someone to do. He also found a problem with the sewer line that was a bad situation for me & the home owners. Sadly, I had to cancel my offer.

I did 3 home inspections with Blake and he was super thorough on each one.He has a complete understanding of what he’s doing and made the process rather simple.I was able to avoid 2 properties that were in poor condition because of his insight.I highly recommend him, he’s a great inspector.

Highly recommend and would definitely use again. Professional, thorough, trustworthy. Prices are very reasonable. Report was simple and easy to follow. Even took extra time to explain to my daughter the entire process as this was new to her, he took the time to show her everything and answered all her questions.

Global Property Inspections
I had Blake from Global Property Inspection perform both a home inspection and a sewer inspection on May 5, 2023. The job took 3 hours to perform and after that we were invite in to the house to go through the report etc. Blake did a thorough job and took time to explain everything to us. He was also patient and took time to answer questions we had about certain aspects of the report. I highly recommend his company. Thanks Blake!

Highly recommended. Communication was quick - I was in contact with Blake and he was quick to answer any of my questions. Christian was the Inspector assigned to us and he did a great job on the inspection. The walk thru with him was very thorough. He went above and beyond inspecting the house and the thorough report really helped me finalized my decision in purchasing a house. I will definitely be doing business with this company again.

I was satisfied with the service and the walk through. However I specifically asked for a binder copy. I was only sent soft copies and plan papers to print my own hard copy. In my opinion that is not a great way to treat your clients.
