Called the store to confirm if they had a phone in stock, they said they did and made me rush from Gatineau to come pick up the phone. On my way to the store they called me again to find out where I was. Finally got to the store for them to tell me that they don't accept Gatineau residents! I told them you could have at least told me on the phone before I drove 45 minutes. She then told me well I didn't know and I didn't even take my lunch because I was waiting for you. If I could give this store a minus it definitely deserves it!! Waste of time and gas!!

Loved the store and it’s representatives! Abdul is a fantastic guy, he helped me and my wife to get a great deal on the mobile plan and on phone too. Would highly recommend to visit the store if you are looking for mobile plan or a new phone.

They are excellent at finding you the best deals out there. Ibrahim at Billings Bridge assisted me this afternoon and I could not appreciate his knowledge, patience and support more. He is so friendly as well. Please make sure you go to wireless wave first before you get a phone plan.

Don't purchase anything from this store Abdul (store manager) fake promises for giving you cash back after chasing for 3 months and wasted my time by following up with them going to store checking up on my cash back every month. They have now given me the cashback on my network. Which make no sense I would have earn money by working extra hour at job. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this store.

The staff hear are so ignorant we enter the store they say nothing to us we try to get attention he keeps calling people she keeps talking to him they are the rudest people in Canada we never got any help so we left to go buy a phone somewhere with proper staff the guy even called his mom in front of us but refused to even acknowledge we were ther for the owner this happend Wednesday July 12 in the 6pm time frame if you want a phone or service there is lots of places to go you won't want to go hear the store had no one in it not one coustomer I wrote in review all the information you need so don't bother asking me to email coustomer service like you did on every other bad review

The service is amazing. Specially Abdul is very patient and helpful. The staff is kind and helpful. They are transparent with the details of the plans and explains everything very clearly.
