The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

Quick and painless vaccination/flu shots. The pharmacist was very quick and efficient and thorough in her explanation of the shots before administering them to us.

I had an experience with one of the male pharmacists that was quite unprofessional. I made a mistake in the timing of renewing my prescription and it was not covered as it should be. Instead of just letting me know that and telling me to come back at a later date, he laughed at me under his breath until I left. If you have poor mental health or are a more sensitive person in how people treat you, maybe avoid the male pharmacist. They all do their job well, but that experience was unnecessary and left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed, which shouldn't happen when dealing with medical professionals.

I couldn't see the doctor, so I went to get some emergency medication, possibly for seven days. It was not a controlled medication and I had taken before. However, the pharmacist refused to provide it because I wasn't in their system. The BC government had given them the authority to renew prescriptions. Additionally, since it was emergency medication, I expected a more understanding attitude, but the pharmacist seemed to think I was there to give them a hard time. I’m guessing it’s just too much to do not worth of their time. The cashier was more sympathetic. I have three friends who work in pharmacies, although not in BC. If you don't want to help, at least explain your store policy so that people won't leave feeling that you only care about numbers.

Moe and the staff are Great! They are always happy to greet me with a big smile! The staff are Great at answering all my questions about my meds! They also hold the door for me with my mobility scooter and my service dog!!

The best service ever. If you are still going to Shoppers, London, or a grocery store pharmacy think about changing. We get the personalized service of a pharmacist who knows our names and medications and gives us real advice. Also helped us find a new family doctor when ours retired.

I have been going there for years. The owner has Mo have helped me and my family with excellent instruction and recomendations when it come to medication. I do recomend anyone in the coquitlam region to develop a relationship with this pharamacy. The staff will promptly fill all your prescriptions and give you the correct information of usage. Mo And his team are one of the most efficient pharmacists around! He is kind, caring and goes above and beyond. He has helped me out on many occasions. I would highly recommend his pharmacy.
