We’re very happy with the actual vehicle and are happy we moved forward with this purchase. However, the actual buying process was littered with various surprises, some understandable and others completely unacceptable.When we first visited the showroom, we sat down with a sales consultant and decided to place a custom order on a 2018 F-type. We worked through the specs over 1.5 hours and went home, assuming our order would be put through the next day. Unfortunately, we were informed the manufacturer is no longer building the 2018s and that we would have to buy a 2019 or a 2020.We then asked for the 2019 inventory in Canada and were informed there were only a handful. One of them was red (which we had initially liked) and we decided to explore that option. This car was more “loaded” than our initial spec and as such, was also more expensive. After some negotiations, we settled on a deal. We were asked to visit the auto show in Feb to receive “additional credit” that could be applied towards the vehicle. We had also asked that a car cover not be included, as we hadn’t asked for one. The car was in Halifax and would take a few weeks to arrive.2 weeks before delivery, we were then told that our deal had a caveat: we HAD to attend the auto show to receive the credit which was claimed to have already been applied to the vehicle. This was not how we understood it.We decided to attend the auto show to secure this credit.Day of delivery. We show up to finalize paperwork. We are told the car cover will have to be paid for, despite us understanding otherwise a few weeks ago. There seemed to be a broken chain of communication between the individuals we dealt with.We paid for the car cover as well.Long story short: Grear vehicle, good craftsmanship, but the sales process left something to be desired.Managing expectations and transparency are key pillars of the customer experience. This where we felt hard done by.

My car is out of warranty and I had taken it into the dealership because I was told only the dealership could reset the error I was getting on my Jaguar F Pace. Long story short I was quoted $6K for full replacement of every component potentially associated with the problem. I ended up taking my car to another mechanic and paid $1K for full fix. Outside of purely cost this dealership is unable to provide you a basic quote of what needs to be replaced and how much each part is worth. It was an extremely complicated process to do this. They provide you a lump sum of what the approximate charges are and you are supposed to just approve or deny the charges. No transparency and a huge headache for the customer. I will never take my car here or purchase a car from here in the future.

I have had very good relationship with Jaguar over the years and highly recommend them if you are looking for a Jaguar. Service is excellent and one mechanic in question Roman is the best and Bun for an appointment just a great bunch to work with and I thank them.

Absolutely a zero for the parts department of jaguar. I reached out to Jaguar about two months ago to replace the front windshield and then the guy working in the part department his name is *****SKY*****is responsible for finding whether there is a factory windshield or OEM windshield in a stock, and I’ve been waiting his reply for a month. Every time I call for him he’s not on the desk and never called back. Even my insurance company could not reach him. At this point I’ve been waiting for a month to get my front windshield replaced, and even worse, parts department is not picking up the phones too, I can’t image there is not a single person can tell me “oh we just can’t find the correct windshield or whatever” *****SKY***** and his whole parts department is just ghosting up on me. I will never doing business with this company, try anything to avoid this one!!!!!

Got my 2019 F pace back from another heat stealing wheel default. The report said our mechanic had replaced the body harness , including disassembling the rear bumper. We found a plastic tube(maybe a drain hose) hanging out. I asked our dealer professionals, got an answer it’s normal! If someone can look at the plastic tube from the bottom, you will see a security section that will hold the plastic tube in the position. Great! Now I’m confused about what I should do.
