I highly recommend this company to supply and install your Christmas lights. They were quick to respond to all my questions. Service and installation were both very professional and efficient.

Initial install went OK, however we were baited and told that it would be $750 for subsequent years and then they came back saying it would be $875 the first year later.We will look elsewhere for a more reasonable and reliable price

Last season, I ordered a 500' length of wire and connectors. The tracking and charge was applied very quickly, but delivery took quite some time (in spite of paying extra for expedited delivery). When the package arrived, it had exactly the 500 feet ordered but it was severely tangled and was in four pieces of various lengths. It took a couple of hours to disentangle the mess, and I was able to work with the lengths so it worked out, but really unfortunate and unexpected way to ship to customers.

So happy with the outcome of getting our lights from ChristmasLightSupplies.ca . Yes, these lights are more expensive than going to the box stores, but the quality of the lights are absolutely worth it. The “C9” lights at the box stores are almost always just a plastic cover over a small LED light. Whereas these are very bright and beautiful! Also, having the ability to add plugs anywhere, when at the end of a roofline or window is awesome, giving the result a professional and custom look. The best part now is that going forward, the only expense each year will be needing to replace any lines/bulbs that have been worn out, which I don’t expect will happen for at least the next few years given the quality of these lights. Very happy and will purchase from ChristmasLightSupplies.ca again in the future when/if necessary.

I have emailed them many times and always a fast response. The product seems to be pretty good. Definitly happy with the fact that the C9 lights work in paralell so if one bulb fails which even LEDs fail from time to time the whole string isn't garbage like cheap box store ones are. Shipping was quick. I live about 3 hours away and I had them next day. 2 things I will give a heads up with are 1; the light cord does not come with the plug ends so make sure you add those to your order and 2; the lights are about 12 spacing but when I recieved my 100' cord I had ordered 100 bulbs and I was short 11 bulbs so just make sure you order some extra for not only bulbs failing but to make sure you can fill the string. That being said I ordered more to fill in the string thursday evening and fedex delivered Saturday morning so that was corrected quickly. Overall happy with my experience and I will keep them in nind for next year when I do the rest of my house"

Ordered 500 feet of string lights, enough bulbs and clips to go around my house. Order arrived very fast and everything was there. Had some questions about install so I called and all my questions were answered. Great experience and will be using them again. Highly recommend.
