So nice to have such a lovely shop come to Tweed. Have had a couple of batteries replaced, and some repairs done to some jewellery, all beautifully done and while I waited!! Had a tour of how things are done. Sure wishRoger was around a couple of years ago, when I had a ring made. It would have been done the right way, the first time. Thanks for all your help!!

Just had such an unfortunate experience. While shopping for a wedding ring we stopped in Tweed (a store down the road from our home of over 20 years) we were asked if we were “going to buy a ring from here” from a gentleman who was clearly frustrated, we asked for sizing of a ring finger and were treated poorly. Such a sad situation they had a good selection and we would have happily bought a wedding ring from someone local, I had also been planning on buying a surprise gift from there, but you just don't treat people that way, we left feeling like we were intruding or not worth his time like we were beneath him. I always love to promote local fellow business owners but in this case I feel that service could have been and should have been better.

Wow - I have never had an experience like this before. A true, talented goldsmith! They helped me fit and size a top heavy ring. In the process, Roger showed me his craft. While at the shop I learned that you can make and design your own jewelry! He has all the specialized equipment to make your own beautiful piece and it's affordable. I am going to ask them to help me design my wedding ring so that it matches my heirloom engagement ring. I really couldn't recommend this place enough. Tweed is so lucky to have them.

Friendly, quick service at reasonable prices. Kept finding more pieces needing repair so went back 2nd & 3rd times. Not just a jeweler but also a goldsmith. Check out their workshop. A real jewel" of a business for Tweed."

I brought some watches in for batteries and also needed 2 links put in one. I did not have any links available so they had to find me some. Not only did they find me links to match the band, but did an amazing job. I am now able to wear a watch that would otherwise could not for a decade :) I hands down recommend them over other places I have gone to in the past!
