Todd is a great guy. Not only is he a great professional but an awesome person as well. He helped me earlier this year through my search for an ideal place. Someone who personally cares for what your needs are and will go to great lengths to help you. People like him are worth your time and money. He's got the right attitude, knowledge, networking and kindness needed in such a business. We found Todd after a google search and he really is a five-star realtor.Trying to rent a house from another country, in a different time zone, and without knowing the area you’re movingly to isn’t necessarily easy but Todd was incredible and went above and beyond every step of the way. Not only did he take the time to get to know us and what we were after, but he shared his insights and knowledge. We really valued his honest approach and opinion. We didn’t have the luxury of seeing any properties in-person, but Todd took the time to do numerous virtual viewings with us and shared his thoughts on the properties and what he thought we might like, or not - and he was always spot on! As I mentioned, taking the time to really get to know us really paid off. Once we found the property we wanted, he went out of his way to explain the paperwork and simplified the process for us as much as possible. In addition to this, he really helped us get a sense of the city, shared recommendations of the best places to do the food shop and even eat out (when restrictions are lifted). We're in the process of returning to Canada from Europe and Todd was instrumental in securing a property for our family. Without Todd it definitely wouldn't have happened.
