Secure Roofing

Denied receipt and warranty.Secure Roofing was paid by me, through a third party (contractor), during my relocation from Ontario to NS. I have requested the receipt and warranty multiple times and have been refused. I filed a complaint with the BBB, which Secure Roofing did not respond to. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their business practices.

Chris and his team came by our house to provide a quote for our roof after hurricane Fiona. The entire roof needed to be replaced before the winter set in. They were quick to provide a quote, which we sent to the insurance company. Once it was approved, Chris and his guys were there very quickly to give our house a much needed replacement. Excellent service and all work was completed in a single day. Highly recommend!

Lost a few shingles during a recent wind/rainstorm, with more rain in the forecast. Secure Roofing responded quickly, offered a fair quote, and completed the work within a day. Chris was knowledgable, he was pleasant to work with, and his job quality appears excellent. Would definitely hire again for future work and would recommend to others.

They came quickly after I called them and provided a comprehensive estimate with very reasonable pricing. I was happy when they contacted me to follow up on the job to make sure everything was good.
