It's a nice haircut but shorter than I wanted. Staff was friendly.

Came in as a walk in. I should have left when the hairstylist asked if my silver hair was natural. I shown the lady the picture of the cut I want. she said my hair was long enough. I specifically told her that I didn't want my hair above my ear. she said no , it wont.Needless to say she cut the side just above the ear lope and angles up higher towards the back of my head. The top of my hair is like the picture the rest is not. I mentioned that the sides were shorter than the picture she was working with. She said no it is not. look the picture the hair is at the eat lope in the front in the picture In the picture the hair was a definitely below the ear lope.Also the sides weren't even At this point, I didnt bother to mention it, as i didnt want the righr side any shorter... She never even checked to see if the hair was even anywhere. Never showed me the back... If you make a mistake. admitted it. Don't try to cover it up. Then say that the pictures are wind blown.not sure what that means. I sure won'tgo back. Very disappointed

Lilian was amazing with my cut and style. The new hair looks amazing! The cut brought out my natural highlights in my hair. Never had such an amazing cut in my life!

I asked for a fade and the lady just shaved my head bald… When I told her that was too short she just continued and charged me full price.

I liked this location and went there for years. But, unfortunately, the quality of my hair cuts have been very poor recently. I went there one more time last week to give it another try and regret it. I asked for simple layers and blending and this was obviously too much to ask for. My hair was pretty much chopped randomly without any consideration of the hair type and texture. The staff requires some serious training. I am not coming back.
