Impressive time frame of receiving the product I had ordered from their site. Unfortunately the item was delivered with a missing assembly piece (Likely the fault of the Manufacturer and not RDO). I was happy how prompt Real Deal was to my concern and they had provided me a refund and even paid for the shipping return, it's safe to say this is a trustworthy business and I will regularly visit their site for any products that will catch my eye :)

Me and my husband purchased a week agoGreat experience! Recommended to friends and family. At the beginning we were worried about quality and return policy of the product. However, we are really happy for the deal and product quality. We got a dream-on-me baby crib for 37.99 less than half price, brand new and rca microwave for 39.99. It is way cheaper than walmart or amazon. Definitely would buy more stuff in the future here.

Very disappointed in this retailer. Ordered a Napolean fireplace at an amazing deal. Of course it was too good to be true. I paid, waited 7 days for shipment confirmation, emailed Real Deal with no response. I called them directly to find out it hadn't been shipped yet. They told me it would be shipped the following week. Then I get emails saying it was shipped, followed by a cancellation and refund. Just because they advertise an item doesn't mean they have it. I built a custom fireplace mantel for the insert I purchased, now what?

Oh I am so happy when I came into this store and saw so much good deals I told the store clerk I felt Iike it was Christmas all over again with the deals.. I got a microwave a air fryer and a rice cooker... I only came to buy a microwave and now I have two more items that I have been watching the price at Walmart now to see that i get them all here so happy... plus the store is so clean and staff polite and friendly.....

I ordered a mixer on Saturday then had 2nd thoughts and attempted to cancel the order on the Sunday. No response from this company. It was shipped and delivered on Tuesday (I live in the same same city). Since then I have been trying to get a hold of this company to return this item. I have sent emails, return requests on their website and called them twice and just got a voice mail system, and have yet to get a response. I am about to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. I will never purchase from this company again!

It's not a big store, but the items are really worth it. Most of the things are new, with the boxes being banged up a bit, but the item inside is great. The lady that works up front is also really nice. There are a lot of things like kettles, cookers, humidifiers, air purifiers, etc. So go take a look and be amazed.

Bought the Nintendo switch console from here for a very low price about a year ago. At first, I was worried that the console might have issues because it was refurbed, but supprisingly, it is still working great. Would be glad to buy more products from this outlet.
