This review is a bit overdue as we've been busy moving into our first home! Enormous thanks to the fantastic team at Courtney and Anglin for making it happen for us. They were able to help us find a beautiful home that suited us, and helped negotiate the price to keep it within our budget - we didn't think it was possible with prices skyrocketing and competition for every house. Coming from the lower mainland to Vancouver Island during a pandemic made things additionally challenging, but Michele and Bill worked with us to make it as easy as possible. We dealt mostly with Michele, but Bill was always there to help us as well. They are both incredibly experienced, knowledgeable and professional, and also very personable and friendly. They guided us through every step of this complex process, answering all of our innumerable questions and educating us about things we hadn't even thought of - it is obvious that they love what they do and we could not have done it without them. For first time buyers in this challenging market we could not have asked for a better team to be on our side.

Bill and Michelle were very helpful with buying our first home in an otherwise difficult market. They took the time to ensure we knew what we wanted in a home and were great at pointing out and educating us about the not so obvious good or bad things about any given house (such a build quality, type of plumbing used, drainage concerns, etc). We also appreciated their patience and complete lack of pressure when it came to choosing houses and discussing offers. We would not hesitate to use their services again (but thanks to them we likely won't need to for a long time!).

I met Michele and Bill while they were selling the home we were renting. They were so professional and ensured that the whole process was great for both us and the sellers. They sold the home in less than a week which was perfect timing for us. We ended up hiring them to purchase our first home since they did such a good job selling our landlord’s. They helped us close on our dream home which was no easy feat as there were some last minute issues with the seller. They took care of that for us and made sure we moved into a perfect home. We bought our home 6+ months ago and Michele still helps me with any new home questions I have. Even when I text her at 9pm on a weekend... Talk about service! I’ve already recommended them to a few people and have plans to use them when we search for our next property.
