On November 21st I was assisted by a lovely sales rep named joy she was very nice and determined to help me find a second pair of shoes even when I had given up. I felt bad for the way the manager came over and interrupted her assisting me without saying excuse or pardon me to scold her for not sticking to the back of the store even though she was helping me to find two pairs of shoes for both me and my son. The cashier was annoyed by my questions and the manager was arrogant and it just felt like they both just can't be bothered by anyone really like their superior to the other sales rep and you can tell that customers annoy them body language and tone doesn't lie very disappointing they can learn a thing or two from the Harry Rosen staff. Finally being that both the sales rep and I are persons of color I just wonder if that was partly to blame for the attitude, uncomfortable feeling.

The manager at this location, Anna, is the antithesis of professionalism and needs to be reprimanded immediately for her conduct. I had purchased a pair of dress shoes in a hurry and so did not inspect them, only to realize afterwards that the left shoe was new but the right one saw some serious mileage evident from substantial creasing. I purchased these shoes on the 1st of march and went to the store for a refund within a couple days because the damage on the right shoe clearly required significant use to cause and so I though the quicker I came in the stronger my case was that I was not the cause of this damage, especially since it was only on the right shoe. The manager, Anna, rejected a refund for the shoes and so I went above her to head office and received approval for a refund and was provided with a number I was to give to Anna for her to find the corporate email that was sent to the store informing her that I was approved for a refund. After going back to the store I spoke to Anna and asked her for the refund and provided her with the number to which she said “Can I tell you something, I am not going to give you a refund because you are telling me what to do”..... Not only was she rude and speaking with serious attitude, but she was now saying that she is going to ignore directions given to her from head office to provide me a refund for used dress shoes because I was apparently telling her what to do". I realized at that point I was dealing with a grown self-righteous egotistical child that saw this refund as a personal battle. She kept refusing to search up the number provided by me from head office

Ordered 6 purses ,in store, they cancelled 2 items for no stock which is fine as they refunded as well. But out of other 4, picked up only 3 and store said they dont have the 4th one and asked to call customer care. when contacted customer care chat sypport, the lady said we only ordered 3 which we picked up and there was no 4th one, I also shared screenshot of email as well as receipt printed in store qhich clearly shows 6 items and we also charged for 6, but chat agent was blind enough to see receipt as well as doing math to understand we wete actually charged for the missing item. And when cross questioned she exited the chat. Also store doesn't help and asked to contact customer care only. Worst store to deal with.Update:owner responded and asked to email details on the provided email Id, I shared pictures of invoice, screenshot of email receipt as well as breakup of amount paid. No response after that and its 6 days now.

Absolutely disappointed by my experience at this location. The cashier lineup is unmanaged with no direction from store employees, the cashier were all distracted and having their own conversation while processing the purchases. They don't have bags once you purchase items from them and the whole store was a mess.

Very bad customer service. that lady Ariadna doesn't know how to treat customers.They did not bring a new piece they always told this (display) is the last one. It happens two times.

Loved the store and above all the assistance of Ariana , excellent customer service manners. Kudos to Aldo Vaughan Mills! Walked away with 3 pairs of great comfy shoes.

The worst experience in Aldo store in Vaughan Mills Out let on Jun 13, 2022 when I asked the cashier (store manager) “where are the price tags on the bags that I’m buying?”I asked him to add tags on the bags and he said “I can’t “. I paid cash to him and he didn’t give me the rest of the money and he said “ I put the money in your hand.”Absolutely disappointed by my experience at this location. The cashier lineup is unmanaged and the cashier was the store manager and rest of the staff were walking around. They don't have bags once you purchase items from them and the whole store was a mess.I would really give them 0 star but there is no option available. waste of time and waste of money

Worst experience ever. Store staff unfriendly at all. The system of refund out of stock item is horrible. I didn’t get my refund yet. They didn’t even try to help . I will never buy from this Aldo again. It feels like a scam

Poor customer service. Ariadna doesn’t know how to attend customers. I am pretty sure they have done this before and you guys are loosing your business. I brought a bag for my sister as her birthday present and they said this is last piece on display so i had no choice i brought that. later in the afternoon my sister came to return that bag and she noticed other piece on display and when she asked for other bag as a replacement they said same thing to her that this is last bag they don’t have anymore. This is awful customer service.These both ladies really putting this store name down.

Black women who worked as a cashier was rude and should not do customer facing job if she does not like simple gestures.
