Garbage customer service. I called to ask them what time they will be closing that day and whoever picked up the phone refused to tell me that info and was rude about it. The conversation dragged on for two more minutes of me asking him just for the yard's closing time and him refusing to tell me cuz he couldn't find my company's name on his data base. Odd experience, totally uncalled for, and completely wasted my time and ruined my mood. Could've spent all 3 seconds of telling me something like we close at 3 am" and let us all move on with our lives. At the end of the call he didnt tell me any valuable info

Excellent customer service. I’ve been working with Michael to set me up in the winter for salt. He’s very reasonable and understanding. He’s easy to talk to and very nice.
