Showed up at 9:00am and waited for 2 hours. The line did not move a single person. I had to leave for another obligation. I came back at 1:00pm. I waited 2 hours in the cold and rain. Only to be told at 3:30 that I would not be seen because they are closing. Complete waste of time and an embarrassment. I would expect better from a Canadian government office.

Good staff and very polite . They listen to your issues very patiently and provide a solution . The number of counters are 3-4 so if you want your work done fast , be there in the morning

I went three times at this location of service canada and I meet with NIZAR every time. So, I did not take service like that before in my life he is so friendly and polite and I have noticed he is always happy does not matter how long is line and how many people. Finally, he deserves the promotion absolutely.

I was dreading applying for passports for my children and I, but this location was very organized and ran smoothly. The whole process was painless, and dare I say even enjoyable, thanks to Nizar!! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Give that guy a raise!

Last time I did not have a very good experience in terms of waiting times outside. However, once you are inside the building, the customer service is excellent.Especially, the new guy named Nizar is wonderful. Really energetic and courteous! Need to bring some more fresh blood in govt offices.

Came to this office because in Toronto it’s almost impossible to renew a passport due to a huge line. The line here was not so bad, with only 7 people in front of me, but it took more than 3 hours of waiting time. Plus they have a break from 12-12:30 pm. I thought maybe there is only one person who is doing a job, but when I came inside after all this time, saw 4 of them and 3 security guards. Why would they all take a half-hour break and keep all people outside, especially today, since it was 31+I asked one of the security guys why it takes so long, and he said because passport application takes up to 30 min of time, but since I came with a baby, who is only 6 months old and after 3 hours of waiting, he was irritated and cried a lot they processed my application in only 7 minutes. So they can do everything much faster, you just all have to come with a crying baby!!!Lastly, I told the lady that I need a passport ASAP, but she would not give me any options for it. After a few times asking the same question, she finally gave me a number to call. But no pick-up appointment or faster processing time, even though I told her that I have to fly in less than 45 days. She just told me that she can do nothing about it and I still have to call that number.I will complain about it everywhere, not just here, because those people are lazy and care nothing about others.July 11, 2022

Very courteous and caring staff , I took my elderly father to this office for some information , everybody was extra caring and respectful from security personals to the office staff especially the gentle man who helped us for our enquiries made it so quick for us that we were out of the office in less than 5 minutes.

Its my second time waiting in line. Huge line up everyday. Its better go to other service canada location. You have to wait 4 to 5 hrs in line.

Only one person is trading and dozens of people outside are freezing cold
