The two staff members were worlds apart in customer service. The male staff ignored us the entire time we were there and serviced everyone else who was not a minority.We were there for 45-60 minutes, so I had time to make an observation.The male staff walked right past us to ask if a lady beside us required service. When I asked for assistance, he said, Can you give me a second?"in a demeaning voice. He never came back to service us.In the incident

I went into their stores and I looked online as well... Prices here are ridiculously high service is ridiculously low, not really any redeeming qualities to shopping here or online with the same company. Unfortunately I was given a gift card which in turn is absolutely useless because there's not one stick of merchandise here that would interest me. Big profit for them, zero return for me

After a recent negative experience at the 109 St location, I decided to try out this location. I called ahead to make sure that they had the item I wanted and they actually went to check, which was great. When I arrived at the store that same day, they ensured that I found the item I was looking for and were helpful. I was in and out with my new purchase in less than 10 minutes.The store is smaller than the 109 St location, but inventory is comparable and the customer service is better here, so I will make this location my new go-to Running Room location.

Been here twice now, both times the staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped me find some good walking and running shoes that work with my insoles for plantar fasciitis.
