The zipline experience at this location is an exhilarating adventure that truly gets your adrenaline pumping. However, be prepared for a long wait if you visit during a busy time like a long weekend, as the queue can be quite insane and it took us a few hours to finally get our turn. The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring your safety and providing clear instructions. Although the zipline ride itself lasts only around one minute, the breathtaking view and proximity to the waterfall make it worth it. Overall, it's a thrilling experience for adventure seekers, but plan accordingly to manage the wait times.

Great value, super helpful staff. We had a group of 21 students and only decided to jump on the zip line at the last minute. The staff were super great at accommodating on short notice. They were encouraging to our group members who were nervous, and got us all safely outfitted and across the falls. Everyone loved it!

It is one of the spectacular ziplines I have done. It is better to purchase the ticket in advance. Once you are at the counter, you need to fill out an online waiver form. Then you go to another counter to get the equipment and then to another person to check and validate equipment is worn properly.Once everything is done, you wait in a line to go to the platform for zipline.The good thing about zipline is that you don't need gloves, and the pulley system has handles, which keeps you straight.There are cameras that create your videos and can be downloaded with the QR code provided to you when you are getting equipment.

It was very good experience. Safety equipment was also good. It takes hardly 10 to 15 sec to reach at the end. So hold tightly and enjoy the ride.

Such a fun experience. $27/person. They give you a card to download a video of you ziplining for FREE!!! The video is something I'll treasure forever. The workers are all very friendly and kind. The zipline is totally worth it with the breathtaking views.
