Murdoch Veterinary Clinic

Beginning of July, we experienced quite a scare with our cat. Was having seizures, walking blind into walls, drooling heavily from the mouth. We brought our cat in to Murdoch Veterinary Clinic to figure it out. The team at Murdoch is absolutely amazing, they took their time with our cat and were able to figure out which kinds of medication he would need in order to live a stable life. We are so thankful for their services and would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for veterinary services in PG.

I had to put down my long time adventure buddy this week.Murdock's asked me every step of the way if I needed time or how I wanted it to go. Then they offered to make a footprint keepsake for me to take home at no extra cost. They were kind and professional. There is nothing that can really take the pain away when saying goodbye to a loved one. But they definitely supported my process.

We wanted to sincerely thank Murdoch Veterinary clinic.We are new to town. We became fully aware, upon moving, of the shortage for clinics, and were blown away with the speed, and care Murdoch took with our pet emergency, given the circumstances.Their receptionist was engaging, kind, quick acting, and so accommodating. She took quick facts, briefly put us on hold to secure a spot, and went further to help with directions for the shortest route possible.This was so greatly appreciated, because we were distressed about our little dog, and she made the entire process seamless, and was caring the entire time.Upon arrival, the entire staff we encountered was wonderful. Truly. They took great care with our dog, and updated as we waited.The Veterinarian, Dr Merritt, was not only so personable, kind, informative, and helpful, but educational.We are thankful our dog didn’t have anything life threatening, but we were so comforted that she was in good hands, and she was going to be okay.Our pets are completely family members.Thank you so much to Dr Merritt, and your entire team for being there, for caring, and allowing us to trust you with the furry members of our family. We are grateful.

Regardless of the huge demand on vets these days, I have been consistently treated with such kindness and support. Murdoch is well worth the short drive out of town, and somewhere I always feel very comfortable bringing my beloved pets. I have never had any sort of bad experience at this vet office. Would recommend to anyone!

They take great care of your baby! And all the workers are very nice .

My dog was always treated very nicely here and they always made me feel at ease. Moved away from PG but my dog would have continued to go here if we didn’t.

Adopted a new pet recently that has been a patient here for a long time. To my surprise this poor pet who had to be adopted due to unfortunate circumstances from their previous family is no longer welcome by no fault of their own. Now they are without veterinary care simply for an unfortunate circumstance. God forbid your pet ever has to find a new family due to unfortunate circumstance while being a patient here. If this ever happens to you just know your pet will forfeit their veterinary care. They could care less about your pets at the end of day

Had to get my horse seen on pretty late notice and they were amazing. Took awesome care of my boy and were super patient. Awesome communication as well!

My Princess was seen by 2 fabulous ladies March 27th early in the morning. I was so glad to have such kind and compassionate ladies so glad for the amazing care they provided.

Tldr: My animals have recieved good care here, and I will continue to see them. The communication among staff can be hit or miss, depending on who's working.First started seeing this office in 2021, and I am so grateful that they took us on as a new client during the pamdemic.They were able to diagnose the issue, and treat accordingly - with a few follow up appointments.Fast forward to fall 2022, my dog became very ill. When I called to make an appointment, I was told that we were no longer a client of theirs, and that I would have to look elsewhere for care. I was completely shocked - I had just recieved a yearly checkup" reminder from Murdoch in the mail a week before.I was desperate for my dog to be seen
