I recieved the best customer service I have ever had from Leslie at napa, ptbo. Went to great lengths for a hard to find part for me contacting a number of sources to find the best info. Already have had great service here in the past and cannot stress how seamless of an experience this was.

Just a heads up that the paint and body shop hours are different from the parts store. I came in from out of town on a Saturday morning based on the hours posted here, only to find it was closed. Don't want anyone to make the same mistake.Pic of hours for the paint and body supplies shop.

Not sure I'll ever go here again.. not only do they not care about your business or anything you say, they specifically told me they didn't carry something multiple times only for me to find it in the store.. right infront of the counter.. as the guy looked at me like I was wrong and gave me this a**hole smerk while asking that'll be all"Not once did anyone say hello or ask if I needed help finding anything

I litterally drive into Peterborough from two towns over to deal here. Usually have what I want, in good quality and cheaper than my local jobbers. Litterally what a NAPA should be, even the body supply is excellent. Other jobbers (AKA Norwood) should learn from these guys.

Had a power steering pump from them a few years ago that leaked internally after being installed by my mechanic, inferior rebuild from who knows what third world country.He and I had to fight to get a replacement eventually at half price, and never honoured my $$ spent on labour, twice!!..I will never buy NAPA parts EVER again, and neither will my mechanic and any other mechanics he talks with, STAY AWAY if you can!!! I post this because of all the NAPA commercials I now see on TV patting themselves on the back, ya sure :(
