Excellent customer service until the contract is signed.....then that excellent service is no longer there......Poor customer service in their repair shop. Rude and short with answers......i thought we would have a long business relationship with this company but i am thinking my next purchase will go to the Husqvarna shop on Great Northern.....1 dissatisfied customer!

By far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I have bought everything from atv's to class 8 trucks over the years and I can say, all other dealers in the Sault need to take lessons from these guys on how to treat customers.I have even started buying hand power tools and trailers from them now just because I get such good service from Tom, Vic, John and the whole staff.And they answer their phone and return calls unlike most of the others.

The blower on our tractor went out and they fixed us all up in a couple of days. Showed us some things we were doing wrong, gave us an oil change and took out some pesky mice nest we didn't know were there. All at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone. We will be buying from them again!

Got a brand new skidoo from.them they are always good to me no matter what help me with anything and everything I need Jordan and Ryan treat me amazing and it's always a good day when I go in there I have 0 complaints about the brp dealer only wish to see them grow and expand
