I just received world class service from North Kootenay bike shop. I just can’t get over the customer service and knowledge of Cheryl and Neil! My husband and I bought our son a mountain bike from Sport Chek. We tried putting it together the night before his birthday but the brakes weren’t working. I messaged Cheryl that night to see if they could take a look for us. She messaged back first thing in the morning saying they will take it right away for us on their day off because they want my son to have a bike to ride on his birthday. Neil called me the next day and I took my son in to the shop. He told us the wheel frame was bent and with the brakes it has, it wouldn’t be safe to take up the mountain. He called around to find my son another bike that would be safe and work great and said he would even search online for us. He was the nicest person and felt genuinely bad that my son didn’t get to ride his bike. He gave him some awesome candy for his birthday and even though we need to return the bike, my son left the shop feeling happy because of how he was treated. Thank you so much Cheryl and Neil for your incredible service. We are absolutely thrilled to have people like you serving our community!

What a wonderful afternoon we enjoyed, renting e-bikes from Neil. How fun to encounter a bear crossing our path! And we were thrilled by the Fletcher falls. All in all we had a great time. Thanks Neil for your patience in getting us set up with suitable bikes, and being a great ambassador for Kaslo in how you run your business. We look forward to using your services again next time we're visiting.

This is a great shop! I needed a last minute repair done, five minutes after closing, and two fine and friendly gentlemen gladly got my tire sealed up so I could go enjoy the great Kaslo trail network. Much appreciated guys!
