Asked for no mayo got mayo hair in my burger after I waited for 30 minutes. Burger was cold. Fries are cold. Wasn’t saying orders right. Overall bad experience.

Lisa is always polite and dedicated to her job at Wendy's. We are there almost every weekday morning and she always greets us with a friendly hello and makes sure our order is perfect.

Waited half hour for my order .Received cold hard dried up fries in my poutine. Also had a order of cold Chilli as well only 2 orders ahead of mine I think next time I'll go somewhere else sad 2 say I really do like Wendy's food not that I go that often Deffenetly feeling let down.

I would like to say this is the worst Wendy's out there. I stood in line for over 20 min. I got to the front of the line and heard do not take any more orders since they were out of meat. I wanted to order a spicy chicken meal and wanted to find out if that was the meat that they were out of. NO ONE came to the front of the store to talk to anyone of us in line to explain what was going on. I had to leave since I am a professional driver and could not wait. (I am on the clock working and had to go). This place needs to be stocked with food since it is an Onroute. I am very disappointed at this location

Whatever you do, do not stop here! And if you must, do not under any circumstances use the Wendy’s drive thru window. I stopped by on a Saturday lunchtime and spent 25 minutes in line - the line moved to so slowly that I was able to stop my car twice, get out and walk my dog. When I asked them if they were okay, they said there 3 people working, and this was the speed the worked at. No apology, no other explanation. Food was standard issue and at serving temperature.

Slowest wendys I've ever experienced. 15 person line up and the 1 cashier just striking up small talk with customers insteading of rushing to get the line down.

Absolutely awful service waited almost 30 minutes for food. The lady ahead of me had to deal with the extremely ignorant and rude girl behind the counter ordered her food and they waited 15 minutes to tell her that they didn’t have her chicken sandwich that it’d either be 6 minutes or her young daughter could get the spicy chicken and she said you take those two options or we can just refund you after 20 minutes that’s how you treat someone?!? Absolutely disgusting behaviour girl behind the counter was too busy in the toilet to serve people then comes out and chews her finger nails then touches food awful awful service especially when everything is up charged cause it’s an onroute plaza treat just a bunch of young people with absolutely no respect for others and they’re full of excuses.

Took 45 minutes to get two burgers. Food sat there for 15 minutes because workers were standing the back talking not doing there jobs. They weren't under staffed by any means at least 4 workers were there enough to comfortably run a fast food place, I know this as I have worked in fast food for 2 years, there with only three customers. It was extremely unreasonable and unprofessional for workers not to done their jobs while being able too. People going there are most likely there to rest after a long trip and it's not worthwhile.
