Sweet Paws Dog Grooming Services

We have a senior shihtzu who is very feisty and difficult to care for, often snarling at others. She does not like to be brushed, let alone be groomed. I recently took her for a grooming there, with Rachel. She was not only very caring, but took extra time to ensure that our dog, Abby, looked her best. I would highly recommend this establishment and would take our pet there again .

My parents have been taking their elderly Lhasa Apso here for a while and love this place so I brought my 6 month old Yorkie poo pup. He hasn’t had a lot of grooming and was pretty scruffy when I brought him in- he ended up so fluffy and soft and he got an adorable haircut. I am very thankful and will bring him here again.

They have been awesome in helping me care for my disabled neighbour's Pom, Bobby. He has lots of health issues and allergies and they're so gentle and careful with him. He loves his grooming visits! Also love that you can book online; it makes things so easy.

Was told it would take 2-2.5 hours for a cut, they finished an hour quicker than quoted. They said she moved so they couldn't get it perfect. However very disappointed after paying 65 dollars she looks worse than if I tried to groom her myself. This is undoubtedly the worst cut she has had in her 17 years. I wont be taking her back there

I brought my yorkie mix here for the second time and I love how well they groom her. She is a very anxious dog in general but the 2 times that I have picked her up, she was not anxious at all.

We brought our dog here for grooming, the cut and shampoo was ok. However, the owner didn’t greet or say hi or thank you at all when we pick our dog up. She was extremely impolite. For that reason alone, I would bring my dog to somewhere else for an equally decent cut for the same price.I’m not asking for bending over backward customer service, but seriously, not even a single acknowledgement? She acted like I owe her a favour for giving her business…

Do your dog a favor stay away from this place.I asked for quote over the phone while booking and told it will be $55 to my breed (guess to attract new customer ) ended up over $70.Didn't give him any shower since I've smelled my dry shampoo I've used 3 days ago.While shaving him aggressively she cut his leg it was bleeding she claim it was there before but clearly it was not ,not even use basic first aid to handle it.on top of it had a bold square shape on his chest from uneven shaving.very unprofessional.when I picked him up the dog was miserable and stress just wanted to run away from this place.At the end charge me for the full price refused to give any receipt.Didn't take any responsibility...Gave 1 star but the true rating is zero star.

I had my 14.5 yr dog groomed with Niriko today. It went very well. He has been suffering from anxiety since we moved here almost a year agofrom the interior and lost his litter sister 3 months after we arrived. I have been doing my own grooming because of his separation anxiety. He was so calm when I picked him up. Noriko is such a lovely lady and I feel so grateful to have her as my new groomer. I do not hesitate to reccomend her.

Had a good experience with Noriko. We gave strict instructions and she followed them perfectly. Our dog seemed happy at pick up and the price quoted over the phone was the price given despite our dog being a little bigger than typical breed size. Overall we were very happy and would go back to Noriko again.
