Our go-to drug store. We shop at Shoppers in Fall River quite frequently, and get all of our prescription meds from Shoppers.I'm also big into vitamins, natural supplements and herbal remedies and buy all that stuff at Shoppers. I never buy any of it at regular prices (because it is WAY overpriced), I always wait for a sale.Also, we use Shoppers as our main Canada Post post office. The staff is very friendly and efficient and always move the lines very quickly. We are big Amazon shoppers, so often times we stop in to Shoppers to either pick up or return items. Return shipping is so easy and painless with the Canada Post at Shoppers.

Each time I go to this store there is never anyone working the cash register. There is a cashier in the store, she just doesn’t seem to know where her work station is. Today there were several people forced to use the self checkouts, and she showed up when all were done. I don’t know what you’re paying her for, but the customers are certainly not getting the attention and service that they are paying for.

Have had to start waiting for 24 hours or more for prescriptions to be filled and never had to before which is inconvenient. Have a had a prescription there at the store for some time that I was told they could not prepare for me so I would have to go to another drug store, I did that and then they told me the Shoppers COULD fill the prescription. Upon calling for the third or fourth time to get the prescription filled I was told I would have to wait 24 hours even though they had given me inaccurate information in the first place! My impression is they really don't seem to be too empathic to their customers.......

Love this store and pharmacists but Why would you have a staff member on floor wearing only a shield?????This is no longer acceptable in era of omicron.I have brought this up to manager in past..work in back..inventory but not in PUBLIC PLEASE. Shouldnt be dangerous to go to drugstore!!!!!!!

Wrong medication at the pharmacy....no refund and no apology..did not do any effort to call the insurance company and the pharmacist just gave the wrong excuse..after calling the insurance company they told that they filled the wrong medication.other than that the remaining store staff are amazing and so helpful and always smiling...just the pharmacy is like each time you go it is kind of investigation...i wish they see the my history: cancer, brain tumor and few other stuff

Love this store. The pharmaceutical staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They accommodate clients when special circumstances arise and bend over backwards to support families whose loves ones are going through difficult times.
