Jeordie, Josh, Deanna, and Jarrett are a phenomenal crew of personal trainers. They have built a welcoming gym environment with a strong and loyal base of clients that have been with them for years. Since joining the gym, I have gotten physically stronger thanks to the workout plan Deanna makes for me (plus, I love that I receive my workouts/report my results to my coach on an app). The part I did not expect, but I am most grateful for, is that OPEX Delta has helped me become a part of the local community after moving here from Vancouver two years ago. I recommend OPEX Delta to anyone looking for a personalized workout plan and a friendly gym environment.

I am early on in my journey with OPEX. Being a woman in my 40’s and out of shape I was looking to get stronger and healthier for a upcoming trip and everyday life.8 weeks later and I can already feel a huge difference in my day to day.The coaches are very kind and encouraging. the gym is friendly and not intimidating. I was nervous of my ability but my workouts have been tailored to reach my goals with out killing me and motivates me to come back without dread. I look forward to my workouts.Would recommend to friends and family.

My experience at OPEX Delta has been fantastic. It’s a very efficient setup working with one trainer closely and having the rest of the trainers alternating on the floor to help out with form to prevent injury. And the entire staff knows their stuff! The monthly fee is very fair and price point is well worth it.Can’t recommend enough

OPEX Delta is hands down, the best training facility I have ever worked out at. A-team coaches, and incredibly supportive members. They make each day so enjoyable, and am always looking forward to the next workout.

Great coaches with custom programming to your goals. Opex has changed the way I work out by helping push me and doing exercises that I would otherwise never try. Awesome people add to the experience.
