Dufferin Terrace
Amazing terrace with a great view of the St. Lawrence River! The cool breeze made the atmosphere of this place so nice. I totally recommend visiting this place and just walking around peacefully.

Dufferin Terrace
Beautiful views. We went up with the Funiculaire, and walked down . Quite a few benches to sit there. You can just walk and enjoy the views. There happened to be a street performer by the statue when we were there. Look into the glass cases. We didn't go into the hotel but its a beautiful background. I was covered in gnats, for some reason they liked my yellow shirt- had to put a light gray sweater on - it was quite awful. Other than that, it's beautiful

Dufferin Terrace
Beautiful terrace. Great to walk there during the day and the night. The terrace offers a great view of the San Lorenz river and the Château Frontenac. From there you can climb to citadelle de quebec. At night the place is romantically lit and there are street musicians there, who add to the romantic atmosphere. Highly recommended and must visit while staying in Quebec city.

Dufferin Terrace
This is a beautiful terrace overlooking the St. Lawrence River. It’s nice to just sit and people watch but it also offers good photo opportunities of Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac.

Dufferin Terrace
One of the most enjoyable places in the Old Town. You can go to many places from here, take the funicular to lower town, or walk all the way to the end opposite to Chateau Frontenac, the best way to arrive at the Plains of Abraham. Or you could just sit, have coffee, snacks, gelato and enjoy the view of the river. Also a great place to take pictures of Chateau Frontenac. I went to the Dufferin Terrace every day during my stay and absolutely loved it.

It’s a breathtaking promenade that offers stunning views and is renowned for its architectural marvel. This expansive boardwalk stretches along the cliffs of Cap Diamant, overlooking the mighty St. Lawrence River. As I stood on Dufferin Terrace, I was captivated by the panoramic vistas that unfolded before me, showcasing the majestic river, the Lower Town, and the grand Château Frontenac towering in the distance.

very beautiful place to visit in Quebec it is the main attraction i think, you can see very far because its at the very top of the mountain you can find parking nearby, and see some ancient things its one of the place which i really recommend to go when you visit qubec city especially during evening and night

Such a romantic terrasse, nice to walk during the day and night! It was Wednesday night in September, luckily not a raining day. I felt I was in a fairy tale and dream town with extraordinary nightlight of river view and small town down on the hill.

Great location, picturesque premise by the river.It could be windy, so keep a hoodie with you. The walk is quite uphill, but there is an elevator system which costs $5Kids will love this place, they can run around and have fun, while you enjoy the view. Highly recommend.

Place where you can jog, enjoy the scenic view of the river and admire the chateau fronterac. Place is connected to the back part of the citadelle
