My son is supposed to be monitored monthly for growth. Last time we were there the dr was literally talking about if he needed a feeding tube. Every time he has a cold we have to reschedule the appointment months out because they won’t see him even with a mask (even though they don’t wear masks). Finally we reach his appointment date after so many months without being weighed and they cancel it 30 minutes before the appointment! How hard is it for someone in the office to just weigh him?! I ask if he can see someone else they just say they’ll call me when they have an appointment. The doctor himself is fine, I should add. It’s the front desk. So rude. No empathy. Don’t care about patients at all.

This office does not care about its patients. The doctors are great but getting past the front desk for care is next to impossible. Very unhappy with the office staff outside of the doctors
