Came home to no hot water. We have an on demand system. They came out changed the ignitor and still would not work. Time to problem solve, which in my head means $$$$. Possible gas valve issue which was going to be expensive mostly because of the time to change it out based on its location in the unit. I was expecting it would cost a couple thousand. He dug around and noticed a connection had fallen off the valve. Attached and problem solved. I would not have known any different. It only ended up costing $295. Now that is generating trust. This is my second time using this company and 5 star service every time. Highly recommend.

I was nervous finding a good reliable plumber. My friend recommend Heinz brothers. They came in a reasonable amount of time, detected the issues and fixed it fairly quick. They needed to wait until the next day to order the part as it was after hours. But after that it was done fairly quickly. Liam and Nicholas are very friendly, professional, and very thorough. I will definitely recommend Heinz brothers to everyone. You are now my go to company. Good job guys.

I used these guys to do an insurance inspection and full PEX retrofit after multiple failures of my Poly-B piping. They had a plumber there same day for the inspection, a quote to me 2 days later and had a lead time of less than a week after I approved the quote. Awesome.The quote was right in the wheelhouse of my expectations, the guys were friendly and professional, the job turned out better than I could've expected, and in less time than they estimated.Customer for life right here.

Nothing like fall coming in fast and your furnace won’t work, called up a few contractors and most were at least a weak before they could come and that’s if you didn’t get an answering machine telling you to leave a message. Called Hines brothers answered after hours and were at my door first thing in the morning. Found problem pretty quick and mr Hines was off for a part, he was back within an hour and I had heat again. As a bonus he fixed my humidifier which never worked properly since new, turned out it was hooked up wrong. These guys have good reviews for a good reason if you need some work done don’t hesitate to call them.
