Centrally located business park in Calgary Northeast with easy access to downtown, the airport, and Deerfoot Trail. Great views, onsite maintenance staff for quick response time and tons of surface parking. A nice option for businesses of all sizes.

Home to Columbia College. Large parking area, seem to be paid for. Few people presence, likely due to Covid restrictions about 10 minutes drive from Barlow Trail train station.
