What can I say about Small Town Electric Corp? I cannot say enough! I know little about what goes on with the elves and hamsters behind the breaker panel – just enough to be dangerous. With this in mind, I reached out to several pros to help me with an issue that I stumbled upon. I bought a brand-new EV only to find out that I needed to up my charging game! I wanted to bring 240v and at least 24 amps to the garage to help alleviate my range anxiety.When the quotes came in, they were all in the same ballpark, but what separated STEC from the pack was the attention to detail and the patience to explain, in laymen’s terms how the elements and components of the job! Imagine my surprise, when Craig, the owner, followed up 3 days later with a request for a few more images of the current breakers and proceeded to tell me of a second option – inline with code – that would save me nearly $3600!I truly appreciate the ethical foundation that sees a business looking out for the client’s best interests – providing what they need at the best possible price point. This has brought me peace of mind without breaking the bank!So, ecstatic at having found an affordable, viable solution, I decided to go with Small Town Electric Corp. Lucas, the technician arrived 5 minutes early. He was professional and polite and clad in the pertinent COVID-19 PPE. He was quick and thorough and kept the workspace clean and tidy. Needed some extra electrical outlets in my basement and was very fortunate to have Lucas come to install. I had previously had extension cords coming and going from various places and happened to mention where a dyson wall mount would be fastened once the job was complete. Once Lucas was finished I was very surprised to find all of the extension cords neatly wound and placed in a pile as well as my Dyson wall mount actually mounted on the wall where it should be. Acouple little extras that he took it upon himself to do.Very fast efficient service right from the 1st walk about by Craig to help me decide where to put the outlets as well as how many I needed right through and including the actual installation. Would highly recommend STEC for any electric needs small or large.

Craig was helpful and did a good job onsite. He was able to deal with the permits and the power company to connect a new service line to my new electrical panel. It wasn't an easy job but he was able get it done right the first time.

Had STEC install a pot light for us in our main bath as well as several plug ins in the mechanical room (14 new areas to plug into!). We were able to remove 3 extension cords and alot of random wires everywhere.The work was expertly done. Craig worked fast and efficient. Excellent pricing and rates.
