Love sparq retail always super friendly. And willing to answer all my questions plus they're points program is awesome. All around amazing locally owned dispensary with great products and people. Edit went there tonight and thought it was still happy hour and was treated very rudely by the man and woman employee there feel very disrespected and scared to return

Customer service was friendly and helpful the first visit however the second for me was a fact finding and eventual purchase. Because the packages do not bear the product name I brought the package with me for identification so I could purchase again and representative was rude and abrupt. I am fairly new with cannabis purchasing and so was unaware of certain policies. Word to the wise...don't bring in any package that may have resins ; it was unclear why because the rep did not take the time and proceeded to berate me as if I was cognizant of policy. Not well done buddy. All that aside products are consistent with market prices. Get the right rep and your experience will be worth it. AMENDMENT today. The manager Emily took the time out to communicate to me about how hard they are working to establish a customer base who can rely on a consistent and memorable experience and I was impressed with her efforts to reach out to clarify. Sparq has an ongoing desire to have the up to date and relevant policies for purchasing regulations and a huge shout out to her for the personal service applied today. As mentioned Sparq is a favourite franchise to support, local and driven to customer satisfaction.

I love Sparq! Absolutely my favourite dispensary! The staff is always super positive, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When my usuals are out, they make good replacement suggestions. Love the prices on products, and the loyalty program is awesome too! :)

Absolutely amazing budtenders so helpful and nice. Never get mad when I call to ask about package dates or terp % and they have the best and only points program in town to get discounts shop here 100% can guarantee you won't be disappointed

First time at this location. Young lady was helpful and knowledgable. Also a wide selection of different product and good price. Small area but great place to go.

I saw this store so I went in looking for some edibles. They had lots of options to choose from more than I've seen elsewhere. The store is pretty small inside but it's clean and modern. They had signs up encouraging the woke narrative however which I'm strongly against. Signs suggesting how to talk to one another in a gender neutral manner and such. That's sickening as everyone knows there's only 2 genders. Can't get away from this nonsense nowadays it seems. I'd still go back for their products however.

Smaller location but very knowledgable and friendly staff with great curated menu. Love that they have signage and messaging to make everyone feel safe and welcome. Rad place with rad people. Keep up the incredible work!

Nice little shop with helpful and Friendly staff, Marshall is especially helpful and welcoming. Dogs being welcome in the store is a big plus.

Hi. I was in this afternoon and was given a VERY friendly greeting making me feel wanted. That greeting was warm and sincere. I asked for infused pre rolls at very high THC the lady recommended SOUR TANGE. WOW AT 42%. It’s probably the best high I’ve had in decades. I’m an old hippie. Thanks sooo much
