A very outstanding experience at Morrey Volvo Burnaby, and I just have to share it! From the moment we walked into the Showroom, we were greeted warmly by the staff. Pahul personally welcomed us and took the time to get to know us and our needs. He listened carefully to our preferences and provided expert guidance in helping us choose the perfect car. The dealership itself was is well decorated and has a welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and I felt well taken care of during my entire visit. From the showroom to the service area, everything was clean, organized, and well-maintained.Overall, our experience at Morrey Volvo Burnaby was truly outstanding, and I have Pahul to thank for that. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were well informed and satisfied with our choice and that all of our needs were met. Pahul made our experience to the next level! We made an appointment for the same day and Pahul was very generous to squeeze us in as it was an Saturday. As soon as we arrived Pahul was ready and waiting for us, we were accomodated in a very professional manner, he offered us drinks while he gets everything ready to show us. Completely amazed at how fast he was able to cope with us and got the car cleaned and ready for test drive and inspection! Soon enough everything looked good and we sat down for paperworks and the whole process was a breeze! Unlike other dealerships where Sales are pushy and hard sale their products, Pahul made sure we were comfortable and decision was left for us to decide. Everything was explained in detail and no hard selling of packages or warranty of any sort! I appreciated that he even spend quite a bit of his time to explain all the functions of the car to my elderly aunt whom has hearing problems, he was exceptionally patient and beyond my expectations! Morrey Volvo has been one of my best dealership experience, not only was the pricing competitive but they also know how to treat their customers unlike the Volvo located on Marine Dr(buyers beware) and yes I am pointing fingers.

A couple months ago I went here to get a nonworking headlight fixed on my old Volvo and one of the ladies at reception said if I was willing to wait, they would also wash my car (no charge!). I decided to look around the showroom as I was in the market for a new vehicle but wasn't sure about Volvo. I ended up trading my old one in and signing for a new car. Cary goes above and beyond in terms of service and attention to detail, from quotes and vehicle delivery status updates to setup. I've been to other Volvo dealers but the whole team here is excellent. Really happy with this location.
