Dear Harold, Just a short note to let you know, what a pleasant experience it has been dealing with you and your staff. The installation went so smoothly, and just in time for my first 10 hours power outage. I was sitting at my computer at the time., and within about 6 seconds, the generator took over, and it was life as usual. My well pump was drawing water, the Heat Pump was working, computer and TV were on. Living alone in a big house, it was such a comfort, Life is good. Why did I wait so long?PS: The Cummins Onan generator is so quiet, I could not hear it from inside the house.
