Went to get a very sentimental ring sized down to a size 6. Went to pick it up after 2.5 weeks and the ring was a complete thin oval shape. It was also a size 4 and they “don’t know why that happened”. So they have my ring for another few weeks to try to fix it and size it to a 6 but no compensation or customer service was received on the matter and so far my special ring has been ruined. Will not go back there. Be careful when doing there to size a ring

I have made many purchases from Charms at Mapleview mall. The customer service from Julia and the other staff has been top notch. It’s was a very positive experience every time. All the jewellery information was clearly given and warranty information was presented clearly as well. Overall a great experience!

Friendly staff, good priced products, good selections. Staff was very knowledgeable. Had assisted someone in picking out an engagement ring, and found Charm Diamond much more Superior store for knowledge, for friendliness, for listening to what the customer wants. We went to several jewelry stores in the malls and found that many many stores didn't listen to what the customer was asking for however Charm Diamond was quite different. Highly recommend them.

In going to give this a 3 and explain why. When someone come in to buy jewelry, you acknowledge them and look them in the face. The sales woman here didn't look at me once when I asked questions. It was bizarre, I usually speak to someone and look at them while talking. Not her. I'd rather go somewhere where they want to serve me and not feel like I'm bothering them.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!January 24, 2022I recently purchased a wedding band for my finance from Charm online. Prior to the purchase I called the Charm Jewelry store at Mapleview Mall in Burlington. I told them which ring I was purchasing and was told that I could purchase the Lifetime Extended Service Plan and that it would be no issue to have that ring sized.I went into the Mapleview location and asked to purchase the plan and to have the ring sized. Initially I was told no problem as I was buying the plan, they would return my ring free of charge and re-order the ring in the proper size.Moments later I was told no, it would not be free it would be $65 as I purchased the ring online. Then the woman proceeded to tell us that she was wrong and that it would cost over $400 to have the ring sized because I bought the ring online and we needed a larger size. This all in a matter of minutes.She was rude, she kept changing her story and increasing the cost to have the ring sized. We asked for a Manager and she said that they were not available. Charm Jewelry and their representative absolutely ruined what should have been one of the happiest experiences in my life. I will never purchase anything ever again from Charm Jewelry, their representative lied to us repeatedly and tried to charge us over $400 to have a ring sized. Saying if we bought it in store it would have been free. But since we bought it online it would be $400. We returned the ring. It was an absolutely horrible experience. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!Rating should be ZERO but it would not allow me to post with less than an one star.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I had to return a ring, but sales associate Wendy helped me out greatly, and I truly appreciate her customer service. She was also the one to help me buy the ring in the first place. She’s a kind and understanding lady, and I couldn’t thank her enough for helping me out. She definitely stuck her neck out for me. I would giver her 10 stars if I could. Should I need help with buying jewelry, I will definitely go to her again

I called ahead of my visit to the store to insure that they had the product that I wanted and they told me they did. When I decided to do my hour drive I was told that they in fact did not have it, what a waste of two hours.

Awesome, depends on whom do you meet, bad experience at Brantford, travelling all the way to Burlington, was happy with Meghan of am not taking name wrong. She spike to me on phone, held stuff available for me before closing time. Best customer care, gave plenty of time with suggestions, girls were very happy with shopping. Well defenitely come back to shop again

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have had two interactions with the male employee at this location. First was in person when I tried to exchange an item. They did not have the item I wanted in the store and he refused to look up to see if they had it at a different location, telling me “you can go online and check yourself”. Next was over the phone. I asked if he could check if they had an item in stock at their location before going out of my way to drive to the store- again (online inventory does not match what is in store- I went to another location because it said the item was in stock and wasn’t). He said he was too busy too look it up and there was a customer in front of him that needed help. I explained why I wanted to check if there was inventory and he continued to say that he was too busy and then hung up on me. Literally hung up on me. Will never give this store my business ever again.

Called the store and asked to transfer the lifetime warranty, they said yes no problem. When I got to the store with the owner, they refused to transfer it and said your out of luck if you sell to someone else. No print on any document in regards to warranty transfer weather yes or no. Will never buy anything from that business. Beware!!!
