We started Neurofeedback and counselling for my son in May 2021The results have been very positive for our whole family. We ended up renting the NF program for three weeks as well.Doug is very easy going, easy to talk to , down to earth and very knowledgeable and insightful. I rented NeurOptimal for 4 months from Doug. My husband who had the most benefit from it was sad to let the machine go. Now, my husband can sleep better, be more calm, less anxious, concentrate & perform better at work and so many other improvements that we were surprised to see. Put it this way, NeurOptimal worked like a fire extinguisher to his exhausted and precarious mental health, which literally saved him and our family.Doug was very responsive and helpful to any questions that I had. I highly recommend Neurofeedback therapy for those who want to improve mental health!

I did the NeurOptimal course with Doug back in November and loved it. He was well organized, efficient and considerate of my time. Doug shared great real life examples that helped solidify the material and made it easier to absorb. So glad I got the chance to do this training and got to have such a great teacher.

Doug was fantastic. Extremely responsive, accommodating, and fairly priced. The machine was brand new and all equipment was in perfect condition.Immediately after using the machine, my sleep durastically improved. I used to not be able to fall asleep until 3-4am at least 3-4x a week. Since I started using the machine, I haven’t had a single night past 1am and am often asleep by 11pm. For me that’s made a huge difference. Looking forward to additional benefits to come.Thanks Doug!

I have known Doug now for several years and strongly recommend him in any of the capacities in which he works. Doug will skillfully guide you through any process from rentals to the basic certification course that he facilitates and instructs and to which he brings undeniable passion. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and always goes above and beyond to ensure you have what you need to move forward with your goals. The two day training session I completed in March 2021 was also an excellent learning experience due to his insight, knowledge and openness. He is highly recommended.

We recently rented a system for our son. Doug was easy to talk to, heard my concerns and provided support throughout the month. We have tried similar systems with little success. The NeurOptimal system was easier to use and my son often asked to use it. After 20 sessions, I can say with confidence that we have seen improvements in our son's ability to regulate his emotions.I was also able to do 20 sessions and find that I am more tolerant of daily stressors. I feel like most people would benefit from NeurOptimal and highly recommend Doug and this system.

Doug is a great clinical counselor. I had massive anxiety and ADHD when I came to Doug and he explained what the expect from training and followed up with me routinely. NeurOptimal is a no hassle training system that helped me get off my destructive habits and get into a routine. It’s also much easier to use and effective than some of the other systems I have tried. If you are at your wits end, and tried everything else, speak to Doug.

NeurOptimal Neurofeedback sessions has been a real game changer in my husbands life and mine. This brain training tool supported our sleep difficult patterns, being more calm during flighty situations which redirected us to be more mindful and reflective ; balance and boundaries were more easily incorporated .My husband known as the silent one found his voice in it all.
