We were extremely impressed with the service we received from Warren and staff at Water Works. It started in the showroom after meeting Warren, hearing we were interested in a new walk-in shower he proceeded to help us planning, showing the many possible choices and he even gave us tile samples to take home.Corey and Dave comprised the work crew that showed up on time and immediately started work by laying tarps to protect our rug and tile floors. We were impressed with their expertise overcoming any obstacles that appeared. They were also able to save the large mirrors which we had in each bathroom. The quality of their workmanship was first class. Waterworks did our tub and tiles in our main bathroom. They did a wonderful job. They came back quickly to fix a problem we had with the hot and cold water being reversed (old house). Very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

We used Waterworks renovations to remodel our bathroom and it turned out fantastic! They have a show room of ideas and samples that made it easier to visualize the finished product. We were able to choose products from outside sources to complete the reno as we saw fit. When I wasn't sure about what I wanted I got the support I needed to find an option that fit with my vision. The reno happened as scheduled and was completed in the timeframe laid out. We were blown away by the install quality done by Nik. He is exceptionally skilled. Nik left us extremely satisfied with our new bathroom and NO mess.Overall we had a great experience.

From the moment I walked into the Water Works showroom, I received excellent service.Tanis had no other customers at the time and was able to give me her full attention. We sat down and I explained what I was hoping they would be able to accomplish in our shower renovation. Knowing that my time away from home is limited, she helped me pick out tile and accessories right then and there and gave me a comprehensive quote. I had no need to visit other companies - I was happy.Nik visited our home and the possibility of enlarging the shower became a reality. He and Tony returned the next week and were able to complete the job of taking out the old acrylic shower and replacing it with a new, larger shower. They finished on the third day and Bahri came to install the shower door. At every step along the way, I was consulted and my needs/wants confirmed and carried out. All three of the young men were efficient, polite and a pleasure to have in our home.A couple of days later Warren, the owner of the business came to see the work for himself. I was amazed and appreciated his personal attention to the job.Tanis was always there at the other end of the telephone and responded quickly to any emails if I had questions. When I emailed Tanis about a couple of minor issues, Corey was there immediately to resolve the problem. Another polite, efficient young man.I judge a company by the quality of their work and by their service. Waterworks is a 5 star company in both areas, but if I could assign a higher score for the service I would. A company is only as good as their employees. These employees, along with the owner himself, were outstanding in their commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction.

We used Waterworks Renovations recently to remove a bathtub and install a brand new walk in glass shower. At the showroom, Wayne and Tanis were most professional, friendly and knowledgable and really listened to our needs when suggesting ideas of how and what to choose. I felt comfortable talking with them as we talked through the process and looked through samples. Once the installers arrived at the house, they worked efficiently and kept the space as clean as possible with mats on the floor and the rugs leading up to the bathroom.
